Local and International Delivery 

- We ship to most countries. Our global distributed warehousing plan is underway, more and more countries or regions will be able to enjoy the convenient local logistics.

- All orders are fulfilled by Hexgears. However the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control.

- Customers in Grand China Area and the USA (since late December 2022) already benefit from it!

  • For the local: UPS or similar, expected delivery is 3-10 days 
    • Grand China Area
    • USA
    • UK
  • For the international: DHL Express or similar, expected delivery is 10-15 days
    • Rest of the world



Shipment Processing Time

- In-stock items are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed later than 5 p.m. PST should be processed on the next workday.

- Orders are not handled on weekends and public holidays according to the local holiday policies of the warehouse and destination.



Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking 

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order starts to be shipped.

- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact your local postal services/shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.



Customs, Duties and Taxes

- Hexgears store is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, taxes and/or processing fees applied to your order.

- All fees imposed during or after shipping by your local customs authorities and/or choice of shipping courier are the responsibility of the customer.

- We will take every possible measure to ensure the items are packed well and properly cushioned. However, once the item has been picked up by the shipping companies, we are not liable for any loss or damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
