Local and International Delivery 

We ship to most countries. Our global distributed warehousing plan is underway, more and more countries or regions will be able to enjoy the convenience of local distribution. Customers in Grand China Area and the USA (since late Janur 2022) can already benefit from it!

• Local: UPS SUR or similar, expected delivery  2-5 days 
• Grand China Area
• USA
• International: DHL Express or similar, expected delivery 7-12 days
• Rest of the world

Shipment Processing Time

In-stock items are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact your local postal services/shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hexgears store is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, taxes and/or processing fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping by your local customs authorities and/or choice of shipping courier are the responsibility of the customer.
